Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment - Prevent unauthorized access and protect against theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities - Respond to alarms and incidents promptly and appropriately - Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas - Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or violations - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed - Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety Skills:
- Strong understanding of security procedures and protocols - Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in conflict management and resolution techniques - First aid and CPR certification preferred - Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or loss prevention is a plus We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
