As a Food Service Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Responsibilities - Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and portion control guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and service areas - Handle cash transactions using the Aloha POS system - Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring expiration dates - Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns - Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers - Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment Experience - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and sales calculations - Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus - Culinary training or education is beneficial but not mandatory If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Food Service Worker.
