The Kitchen is fully equipped, with gas stove, refrigerator (with freezer, ice and water dispenser), microwave, Kureg coffee machine, and plenty of cookware, cutlery, and dishes. A north side seating area under Ponderosa pines has views to Pueblo Peak amd El Salto. The one acre lot affords plenty of privacy in a country setting, yet you are less than 10 minutes to the Taos Plaza. Weimer is a great walking neighborhood with gravel/dirt streets and relatively little traffic. You have easy driving access to the recreation center (4 min), bowling alley (5 min), health club (6 min), and movie theater (5 min). The Carson National Forest trails are readily accessible with a 20 minute walk to a trailhead. A pet dog may be allowed with separate application approval and deposit. Garage is not included in rent, but there is plenty of off-street parking on a dual entry driveway.
